1. Services Provided
Desert Dream Opportunities DBA Coachella Commercial Cleaning Division offers professional cleaning services including residential, commercial, and event cleanings. Services are performed according to the agreed scope outlined at booking.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are based on information provided by the client (e.g., square footage, condition of space, requested services).
Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope differs from the information provided.
Flat-rate services are based on standard conditions; heavily soiled or neglected areas may incur additional charges.
3. Appointments & Access
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment.
If access is not possible or our team is turned away, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, online payment].
Late payments may incur a fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
Refunds are not offered but we stand by our re-clean guarantee.
7. Liability
Our team is trained and insured; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and breakables before service.
8. Health & Safety
For the safety of our staff, we do not handle hazardous materials, infestations, or biohazards.
Service may be refused if unsafe conditions are present.
9. Privacy
Client information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, billing, and service purposes.
10. Amendment
Desert Dream Opportunities DBA Coachella Commercial Cleaning Division reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes before they take effect.
